How to install tether anchor in 1999 Ford Taurus Sedan

I have been waiting nearly 2 months for the dealership to get the part in (even though I can probably order one on ebay and have it within a week...) I was trying to do it the lazy way, but I'm tired of waiting. ;) I got detailed instructions here on installing tether anchors in my 1997 honda odyssey so I was hoping I could get the same instructions for my Taurus?

Thanks.

Can't find pictures or anything useful in the owners manual. Just states there are pre-drilled holes behind each seat and Ford will install for free.

You can do it yourself quite easily. It is a two-person job, though: one to be in the trunk to put the washer on and one to be in the backseat. There are pre-drilled holes but you will have to cut through the carpet on the back shelf thingy.

I was able to get three kits online (& only had to pay for shipping). I'm still annoyed at how unhelpful the service dept at the dealership was. I installed all 3 today, with DD (7) helping me. Definitely harder than my Odyssey was! I just need to borrow or buy a torque wrench to finish tightening them. Thanks for the encouragement :)
