Evenflo maestro booster

Any tricks to get the evenflo maestro booster tight? It moves side to side an inch. I would rather it didn't move at all. What really concerns me is that when I pull from the front bottom, it pulls four or five inches forward from the seat crease. It is a seatbelt install, no latch there.

First, pull back the cover on one side, so you can pull the shoulder belt from INSIDE the seat. It gives you better leverage.

If the latch plate is ending up on the edge of the belt path and preventing it from getting any tighter, you can twist the buckle stalk up to 3 full (360 degree) turns to get it lower and away from the belt path.

Make sure you're not trying to force it to be too upright. I like to let my seats kind of fall where they want to go first, then tighten the belt on them. Your comment about it sliding forward makes me think you just need to let it be where it "Wants" to be :).

Hope that helps!

When you test for movement, test only at the belt path. You don't need to test for movement by pulling on the front of the seat near the harness adjuster.
