My cousin is expecting a little boy in a few weeks. I know she is on board w/ safe car seat use based on posts on FB etc, not sure where she states on ERF or what her follow through is (she isn't local). She has an 18 month old, 7 yr old, and 9 yr old girl. Her hubby mentioned going to a resale store looking for a car seat and stroller -- I am hoping she doesn't let him. I know they are on a tight budget though and I have been away from RF for a few yrs. So what's economically a good choice for RF seats currently for the new baby that I can throw her way as suggestions instead of looking at a used seat? They drive an SUV of some sort (Tahoe maybe?).
