Foonf vs Recaro Pro Ride and the Prius!

I'm considering the sale Foonf. Has anyone used a Foonf in the Prius rear facing? Also I'm wondering if the Foonf is comparable to the Pro Ride as far as how high up off the seat it is. Does anyone know? THanks!

Hi Peg! I don't have much experience with the ProRide to know how they compare, but I have a Foonf with the RF base attached sitting in my living room at the moment, and it is very high. Just from looking at ProRide pictures, I don't think you're going to be any happier with the height of the Foonf, it looks to me to be at least that high, if not higher.

Maybe someone who has seen them side by side in person would be able to tell better than I can, but the Foonf is far from low profile. Maybe the kid sits deeper in it, though? I hope someone else chimes in.

Thanks guys. I'm trying to decide what would work well for me. I wanted something not as low as the Radian, but as easy to load the kiddo. Griffin is on the taller side with a long torso. I'm thinking no Britax because of that.

In the 2013 Prius it's a very good fit. Lots of loading room and the front passenger seat was able to be all the way back and slightly reclined. I have a picture I can post if your model year is the same interior.

The Foonf has a lot of leg room so there is definitely more depth in terms of loading room.

Thanks. The Foonf's crotch strap looks really short, looking at some of those photos. How's the leg room compared to a Radian?
