J2 is 2 years 8 months old, and he's so - so - so close to outgrowing our CCO. I don't know who will be more sad. I love how great it installs in mine and DH's car, and I don't even mind the puzzle buckle (I worried about it when I first bought it, but got used to it). J2 prefers it over all his other seats, and asks for "wed seat!" frequently. It's the only seat he will willingly climb into on his own - I have to still put him in the Pria and Radian. Not like he hates those (other than a few random phases he's never really hated carseats), but he just LOVES the CCO.
DH doesn't understand and says "just use it forward facing." He knows I'm not flipping him full time (especially with the other higher limit seats), and I really hate it forward facing anyway (we flew and I used it forward, then for the drive home from the airport I didn't readjust it back to rear facing settings).
There really isn't a question or anything, I'm just sad and had to admit it to someone who wouldn't roll their eyes at me. Please don't roll your eyes!
