2005 Town and Country

We're looking to get this vehicle. Captains chairs in the second seating and a bench seat in the third.

It's had 1 owner (a lease) and been well maintained (everything was done through the dealer so it showed up on the CARFAX report). I want to be sure there's not something I'm missing.

Ideas? Opinions? Facts I've missed?

We're getting ready to move DD to a Regent and Baby (when he/she gets here) will be in a Graco SafeSeat 1. Can both of these go in the captains chairs?
