Harmony Defender still available?

Does anybody know if WalMart is still selling the Harmony Defender? I'm having trouble getting one. It's not available in stores near me. I tried to place the order to be delivered to my house, but the site wouldn't let me. But it did let me have site-to-store delivery when I ordered. It said was available today! But about two hours later I get an email saying the order was cancelled because it wasn't available in the selected store. I replaced the order for pickup at another store, but I'm not optimistic that it actually will be there.

Anybody ordered one lately or know anything about availability?

I was at one of my Walmarts yesterday and they had about 6 of them for $90.

None at the three near me, and none listed online at stores in the Kansas City area. I fear they are phasing them out. I sent emails to both Walmart and to Harmony. Will report when/if I hear anything back.

Lo and behold, it's ready and waiting at an alternate Walmart! Bummer is that it was $99, not $90. But still seems like a good deal. Will pick it up tomorrow so the hubs can help put it together over the holiday weekend. Let's hope the straps don't bother my thick-necked 3yo.

We had a pallet of them at the front of the store in Lawrence for $60 a few days ago.

Haha sorry! The supercenter. I don't shop at Walmart but my friend texted me about it and said how it's too bad she didn't need one.

Oh and we actually discussed this on a FB group- Harmony got back to a tech and said they weren't exactly being discontinued but would be unavailable for a bit as they're making an "enhanced" version for other stores in 2014. Or something.

North or south Lawrence location? Walmart's website says both are supercenters. I want to call to see if I can put it on hold with a credit card. I won't be back to Lawrence until Wednesday. I

Bahaha they definitely aren't both supercenters! The one on 6th and Congressional is just a neighbourhood one and has like 1 Scenera and the Harmony backless booster. So yeah, it's definitely the one on Iowa (South) HTH! Crazy Walmart!
