Como harness issue

It wont tighten. I have to yank and yank the splitter plate down while pulling the harness adjuster strap between the legs and it keeps bouncing back.

It doesnt feel like any other carseat I've ever had. AND we have a trip to take tomorrow. I really dont want to take him on this long trip if the harness isnt catching properly

Anyone else remember the harness adjuster feeling springy when they tried their como?

Have you taken it out of the car to see how the belt path is working? Maybe it's getting stuck on that plastic harness cover?

Yeah, sometimes it's one of those time-intensive learning experiences. My fingers are *totally* crossed for you there's no 'real' issue!

Same thing happened to me with my Roundabout today (had it for years and never happened before) It was catching on the harness cover in the back. Hope it's that simple for you!

It WAS Hung up somewhere around the front of the seat. It got tangled under the edge of the seat. Once I took the seat out, it was fine.
