Question Carseat for honda fit

Hi I have a 2009 Honda fit. My son is outgrowing his infant car seat and I'd like a convertible car seat that will fit in the middle seat of the back seat. I was looking at the britax or radian carseat they seem safest but will they fit properly in the car? Just wondering if you guys knew the best carseat for my car?

How old and big (height and weight) is your son and what are your goals for rear facing (we recommend until at least 2 and as close to 4 as your convertible seat allows).
The radian will need the angle adjuster in your back seat to make it less reclined (meaning your son needs good head control to use it) and can be a more challenging install but lasts much longer rear facing. The britax is a simpler install but is a shorter rf seat, so isn't a great choice for taller or bigger kiddos.

I am assuming that your son is an older infant (seeing that you said he is outgrowing his infant seat)? If so, the good news is that convertibles for older infants and and toddlers (and preschoolers) often take up less room than infant seats because they can be installed more upright. :thumbsup:
