Ups usually runs after dinner so I was surprised to find it had been delivered when I got home just after 2. We took it out in the house and read the instructions while dd got excited about her new seat and the flowers on it. When I took it to the car and installed it the first time I thought I must have done something wrong because it was too easy! After repeating the install I realized it was that easy. I know others had said it was, but until you do it it really is hard to believe it's that simple. I had no trouble adjusting the harness height or getting the straps snug. Dd is not happy that she cannot unbuckle the harness on her own, but other than that she likes it. I somehow imagined she would have more growing room. Here's a pic of her in it. I didn't think to take a pic of how much growing room. Maybe when she's out of the pool.
