Question Where is safest for each seat?

I have a rf 15 month old in a britax boulevard 70 and a ff 5 year old in a britax pinnacle 90. I intend to have one behind the passenger seat and one behind the driver with the middle open. My question is- is it safer to have the ff seat on one particular side at the rf in the other- or are they as safe on either side. If so I think I would put the toddler behind the passenger so it's easier to get her in at a curb...

No real difference-not enough to make a decision based on it.

But if it makes it easier to unload the younger child on the passenger side, so she's right at the curb, that is a good enough safety reason to me to put her there regardless of passenger vs. driver side stats.
