A few years ago I cared for a child who needed extra assistance. I got these for her and it really helped her become more independent. I no longer care for her and these have just been sitting in my closet. I know there are some kiddos here that could benefit from this so I am putting it here before ebay (evil ebay fees)

I do have a clamp on fan that will come with this. The clamp is broke but is easy enough to rig up to still us and can still be a desk fan as well. All manuals are included. The file is broken but still usable as well. Mounting plates are included. I only have one switch cover and batteries will not be shipped. I am open to offers. I paid $479 plus tax and shipping. Shipping to most states will run around $15-$17.
