Bumbo Baby Seats Recalled for Repair by Bumbo International Due to Fall Hazard. Sold by: Sears, Target, Toys R Us (including Babies R Us), USA Babies, Walmart, and various other toy and children's stores nationwide, and various online sellers, from August 2003 through August 2012 for between $30 and $50.

Toysmith Recalls Animal Snap Bracelets Due to Laceration Hazard. Sold at: Cost Plus World Market, Cracker Barrel Old Country Store and other retailers from September 2011 to February 2012 for about $3.

Babylicious Recalls Cloth Crib Fringe Due to Strangulation Hazard. Sold at: Online and at specialty children's product retailers from January 2006 through May 2012 for about $24.

PBteen Recalls Bunk Beds Due to Risk of Injury. Sold at: PBteen.com and through the PBteen catalog nationwide from January 2008 to April 2009 for the Sun Valley white and Sun Valley honey models, and October 2011 to February 2012 for the dark espresso, chestnut and white models. The bunk beds were sold for between $1,700 and $2,000.

Canon Recalls for Repair EOS Rebel T4i Digital Cameras Due to Risk of Allergic Reaction. Sold at: B&H Photo, Best Buy and camera and mass merchandise stores nationwide and Amazon.com and other online retailers between June 2012 and July 2012 for between $850 and $1,200.

Gerber Recalls Gerber® Bear Grylls Parang Machetes Due to Laceration Hazard. Sold at: Sporting goods stores nationwide and online from January 2011 through June 2012 for about $43 for the individual Parang machetes and $349 for the Apocalypse Survival Kits.

Emerson Corsair Ceiling Fans Recalled by Emerson Air Comfort Products Due to Injury Hazard. Sold at: Fan and lighting stores nationwide and various websites, including www.emersonfans.com and www.amazon.com, from January 2009 through June 2012 for between $450 and $530.

Kumho Tire U.S.A., Inc. (Kumho) is recalling certain Kumho Solus KH25 passenger car tires, size 225/45R17, produced in the weeks of 3411 through 2512 (August 21, 2011 through June 23, 2012). The affected tires could develop cracking in the sidewall, which could result in air loss.

Hercules Tire & Rubber Company (Hercules) is recalling certain H502 radial medium tubeless truck tires, size 315/80R22.5 Load Range J, produced in the DOT week ending dates 5211 thru 2112. The affected tires may have been produced with an insufficient tire liner gauge (thickness) due to an improperly working machine.

Missa Bay, LLC, of Swedesboro, New Jersey is voluntarily recalling a total of 293,488 cases and 296,224 individually distributed units of fruit, vegetable, and sandwich products containing apples (Burger King, Hannaford, McDonalds, Ready Pac, Safeway Farms, Wawa, Wegmans) with the Use‐by dates of July 8, 2012 through August 20, 2012 because they contain diced or sliced apples which may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. The recalled products were produced and distributed from the Missa Bay, LLC facility to retailers and foodservice operators in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Washington D.C., Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, Wisconsin and West Virginia.

Burch Equipment LLC, North Carolina, is expanding its recall to include all of this growing season's cantaloupes and honeydew melons that may remain on the market because they may possibly be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. The cantaloupes and honeydew melons involved in this expanded recall were sold to distributors between June 23rd and July 27th, in the following states: FL, GA, IL, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, SC, and VA, VT and WV. The melons may have further been distributed to retail stores, restaurants and food service facilities in other states.

Dale T. Smith and Sons Meat Packing, a Draper, Utah establishment, is recalling approximately 38,200 pounds of beef products that may be contaminated with E. coli O157:H7. The products subject to recall were distributed to wholesale and retail establishments in California and Salt Lake City, Utah.

Fresco Green Farms Inc. of Winchester, CA is recalling 1,643 cases of Cilantro harvested from July 18th 2012 to July 27th 2012, because it has the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. The cilantro was on store shelves in California and Minnesota beginning July 19, 2012 and likely sold or removed from sale before August 6, 2012.

Real Mex Foods, a Vernon, Calif. establishment, is recalling approximately 77,688 pounds of El Torito Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad Kits. The products were produced between July 23, 2012, and August 6, 2012, and distributed to retail establishments in California.

Johnsonville Sausage, LLC, a Sheboygan Falls, Wisc. establishment, is recalling approximately 48,000 pounds of "Turkey Sausage with Cheddar Cheese" products because they may contain pieces of gloves. The "Turkey Sausage with Cheddar Cheese" was produced on May 22, 2012, and was distributed to retail establishments nationwide.

Blount Fine Foods, a Fall River, Mass. establishment, is recalling approximately 4,100 pounds of meat and poultry soup products (Wegmans Food Markets Chicken and Dumpling Soup, Wegmans Food Markets Italian Wedding Style Soup) that may contain fragments of plastic. The soup products were packaged on June 5, 2012 and sent to distribution centers in Pennsylvania and New York. From there, the products were sent to retail establishments in Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.

Hospira, Inc., announced today it is initiating a voluntary user level recall of one lot of Hydromorphone Injection, USP, 2 mg/mL (C-II), 1 mL fill in 2.5 mL Carpuject™, NDC 0409-1312-30 , due to a reported complaint of a single Carpuject containing more than the 1 mL labeled fill volume.

Hospira, Inc. (NYSE: HSP), the world’s leading provider of injectable drugs and infusion technologies, today announced a nationwide recall of three lots of Propofol Injectable Emulsion, 1%, 1g/100 mL, due to visible particles embedded in the glass to the user level.

Covidien today announced that it is conducting a voluntary recall of certain production lots of the DGPHP RFA high-power single use grounding pads and Cool-tip™ RFA electrode kits that contain DGPHP RFA high-power single use grounding pads. Covidien has received reports of four serious injuries, burns at the pad site on the patient, which may be related to this product quality issue.
