Best place to buy Diono

I am in the market to buy 2 Diono RXT and 1 Monterrey, and would love to know the best place to buy them. It seems to me that they are all price locked without any promotions or deals available. Is this true?

Thanks!

I was able to get a great deal on 2 rxt through kohls. They frequently have a buy one get 50% off event and usually there is a coupon code or 2 floating around. Their regular prices are super inflated so not worth it without the discount. I was able to use the bogo event with a 30% coupon and 10% coupon (kohls lets you use 2 coupon codes). So, after tax aout 190 a seat.

Amazon often has sales on seats. I bought an RXT off Amazon.ca (.com has sales too though) for almost $100 off and free shipping.

I got an RXT (new, open box) on ebay for $190 a couple of weeks ago. Sometimes they go for less, sometimes more, but I was specifically looking for the Daytona color, so I was pretty happy with the price.

My 13 month old trying it out--his favorite feature is the cup holder (as a toy, not as a cupholder)

How often does Kohls have the BOGO offers? I just signed up to hear.

Also, I thought about eBay but assumed that may not be the smartest, but I guess I should look.....

They had one starting June 6 and another one about 2 weeks ago, but their color selection wasn't very good and for me the small savings wasn't enough to convince me to buy a color I didn't want. You might want to check out this thread though http://www.car-seat.org/showthread.php?t=223711 If you're not in a hurry and you could wait for Kohls overlap the BOGO 50% off combined with the 30% off off for cardholders, it winds up being a very good price.

It totally depends upon YOUR comfort level as a parent. I have had really good luck and all of my ebay seats have looked new, in the box, still had the tags (usually attached) and had recent very recent DOM's. I'm comfortable with that, but if you're not then it's probably not a good place to buy seats. If you do go the ebay route, make sure you buy from a reputable seller with a good return policy.
