Are they ok to shop from? Also, any codes for a 1st time shopper? I searched, but came up empty.

The customer service sucks a$$ (excuse my french), but I had ordered a Radian RXT , with the angle adjuster and the stay dry pad. The seat took over a week to get to me, shipped out from west cost and I am on east. BUT... 2 weeks pass and there is no sign of my angle adjuster or stay dry pad. I had to DIG around to find their customer service number, left messages and nobody got back to me. I also sent couple e-mails with no such luck. Then finally one day a human picked up the phone, mind you this was already about a month since I ordered my stuff. Turns out the angle adjuster and stay dry pad were on backorder for 6-8 weeks. At that point I just wanted my money back. I could order the same crap off amazon with free 2 day shipping for almost the same price...

BUT that is just me. I will not ever buy anything from them again as it left a bad impression on me.

Sorry about the little rant.

Thanks for the heads up.They have the car seat I want for 25 cheaper than everywhere else. I will be careful!

I'm sorry I didn't respond, I just seen you asked witch seat I was looking In to.
I got the RN RXT in the Trekk cover. It was only 249 and free shipping.
All the other colors were more. 4 of my 6 kids are boy's, so camo was a huge hit, lol.

And It's still is in stock for that price.
