Booster or FF w/o tether?

If you had a 46 pound 5 year old who already has shown she rides well in a booster in another vehicle and had to install her seat in a spot that does not have tether anchors would you choose to put her in a harnessed Nautilus untethered or remove the harness and use the Nautilus as a booster?

The Nautilus performs really well untethered but doesnt tend to be an awesome fit in booster mode until the harness is close to being outgrown (I'm sure there are exceptions). I tried it as a booster for my DS recently and the fit was acceptable but not great. So if it were me I would probably keep the harness in or get a dedicated booster that fit really well.
