I called 10 days ago about my DD's MA not going in to the up right position. She said she was sending me a new seat and to send back my old one. Then she got a CC# and said it would not be billed to me if I returned my old seat.
Ok I come home today and I find a small box from Britax containing a new cover, belly pad and, strap pads but no seat. What is goin on? Has this happened to any one else?
