I didn't pay for the new ones. I think they decided that I had called enough times about squeaky wheels that they wanted to just be rid of me :p As for the brake, it would click and turn green but not be engaged on one or both sides. Haven't had a problem with the current one I have and it will be a year old (to me) in Aug. Call them, they've got wonderful customer service.

Does anyone know if their warranty is from the date of purchase if you buy it somewhere like NBD or ebay from babysurplus or another reputable seller online since is not really a normal sale?
