Question Cargo nets

We attended a car seat clinic a couple months ago. At the time we were had our 3 year old FF and our 11 month old RF in a Buick Rendezvous. The tech mentioned we should have a cargo net and said to just buy a "cheapie one at Tiger Automotive". I went there and they had no idea what I was talking about. We recently purchased at 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan and I'm still looking for some kind of net but am not having any luck. Does anyone have any recommendations for what to buy/use to hold down bags of groceries, strollers, etc when the third row seating is up? Or what about longer trips where we'll have the third row stowed and likely have it packed right up to the bucket seats? Thanks in advance!

I haven't had any luck finding something locally for my van either so I am also curious to hear answers to this.

The problem with the back of a van is that there are not a bunch of places to hook a cargo net in to. And the pet barriers are good for holding back big stuff, but not small canned goods for example. Also, once the back seats are out, there would be a huge gap at the bottom of the barrier where nothing is being blocked.

most pet barriers and cargo nets are not approved or rated as actual cargo "restraints"? (sorry, brain is tired...) I know the pet barrier I had that installed with tension just fell over in my old suv when I slammed in the brakes once. I know it wouldn't hold back anything in a crash.

I've been looking for something too, for groceries/stroller etc... I think the best option might be the nylon cargo tie things (not bungees) and a container or cargo cover of some sort.
