Seat arrived dirty

Just ordered a new MR65 as a back up seat. It looks new except on the head wings parts it's a little dirty. Not bad, like it got dusty or something. It's manufactured in 7/11. Would you return it for a different one?

Maybe contact wherever you ordered and let them know. I ordered a seat, specifically asked about dom and was told it would be brand new. When it arrived it was ~8 months old (this was several years ago so cant remember exactly) and when I contacted the place I ordered from they gave me the option to return or partial refund. I just took the discount. Just a thought. I do not routinely try to manipulate refunds and only pursued this because I had specifically asked and been told one thing and received another.
