Baby gates?

Anyone have a large or weird opening that they need a gate for? I'm having problems finding what I want without spending a fortune.

I have a 7 1/2 foot opening that's on an angle and is a brick wall on one side, and a solid wood 4 foot wall on the other. So something that's spring loaded as apposed to hardware mounted would be better. It's not stairs but if he got past it he would get to stairs pretty quick. The opening is a diagonal because it has to be more difficult.

I really like this one but it says it's hardware mounted, and it would be my first choice if it were pressure mounted. :(

This one is cheaper and says it won't pinch but I don't know, again hardware mounted

this is nice too but it's too small, it's pressure mounted.

If anyone finds one that is big enough and pressure mounted I'd love it! I'm going nuts trying to find something. I mean I CAN hardware mount something but it's going to be a HUGE PAIN, so if I can avoid that would be nice.

HELP!!!

Two of these say "wall-mounted." Does that mean hardware-mounted? Darn.

yeah that means hardware. I don't know if what I want exsists or if I'm going to have to find a way to mount it. I'm just hoping someone else will search a different way then me and find something new.

It's such a weird opening. My house is 165 year old brick house so it's not the first problem I've encountered in it.

LOL. Those are the EXACT same 3 gates I asked about on another board.

The first one was my first choice as well and got a good review on the other board. They said sometimes it was kind of hard to line up the door right but otherwise it was great.

The other two were hated. The pressure mounted one was really easy to knock over and had to constantly be tightened up. The wooden one was really easy to climb.

I'm going to wait and see if I REALLY need one but if I decide I do, I'll definitely be trying out the first one.

The three I posted? Hmm if the first one got good reviews I might figure out how to mount it. It's not really a doorway, it's a wall and a 4 foot solid wood railing.
