We had a problem with the buckle sticking on our Nautilus, so I sent Graco a message to find out how to order a new one. They never responded, but I got a new harness about a week ago, so I thought that was the end of it. Today I got another harness in the mail. We had already decided to just turn the seat into a booster, so now we have 2 "harness assembly"s that we will probably never use. And still no email from them. Should I call them and send it back or ??? I guess I could just keep them for my tech box but I don't do many private checks. I just hope they don't send me more.
