Were any 2010 seats compliant with new regs?

Yes. The Sure Fit and Designer 22 both switched over in the last quarter of 2010. Not necessarily all of them, but some of them. I believe some of the Scenera's were also compliant at the end of 2010, and I think the Peg Perego seats were as well.

SKJP Monterey??

Just bought mine, it's from Snugglebugz and was made in May 2011. Was there a change between then and 2010--the add is gone now, it called it a 2010 model.

It has some sort of strap between the legs, looks like for Latch. I know the April 2011 ones I saw at Tjs didn't have that strap. Though, didn't look to see if it was there and tucked in and/or removed. Assumed it has something to do w/ latch, haven't looked at it and/or read the instructions.

It also has *visible* seat belt clips, so I think I got lucky and got the old style ones people were talking about, didn't follow the old/new ones so have no idea, will get around to a pic thread and ask...

I need to call Graco and and see if my fall 2011 Nauti meets the 2012 guidelines.

The Nautilus is easy to tell - if it's got a 22lb minimum for forward facing, it is compliant (non-compliant state 20 lbs).

Also, all Graco's which are compliant have a model # that starts with an "18" - Nautilus production was switched over in May of 2011.
