1999 Ford Windstar top anchors

I cant find them. Can anyone help me out?

From the entry for the '99 Windstar in the LATCH manual, it should have a top tether anchor for each vehicle seating position in both the second and third rows, plus there's a top tether anchor on the front passenger seat if it's a manually adjustable front passenger seat. The manual front passenger seat's tether anchor is located on the lower back of the vehicle seat frame and you're supposed to rotate the top tether connector's hook 1/2 twist to attach it to the tether anchor. In the second row, tether anchors are located under the bottom of the vehicle seat if it has a second row bench, and in the rear crossbar of the vehicle seat supports if it has second row bucket style seats. The third row tether anchors are located on the bottom of the vehicle seat cushion. If you google search your way through threads here for Windstar tether anchors, you'll probably find a post or two with photos showing the actual tether anchors in Windstars.
