Kelty Recalls Jogging Strollers Due to Fall and Injury Hazards. Sold at: Juvenile product stores and sporting goods stores nationwide and by Web retailers, including www.kelty.com, from January 2010 through February 2012 for between $375 and $475.

Shimano Recalls PRO Atherton Mountain Bike Handlebar Stems Due to Fall Hazard. Sold at: REI, bicycle specialty stores and dealers nationwide from October 2009 to November 2010 for about $120.

Fuji Recalls Saratoga Women's Cruiser Bicycles Due to Fall Hazard. Sold by: Specialty bicycle stores nationwide from November 2007 through December 2011 for between $300 and $500.

Meijer Recalls Touch Point Fan Heaters Due to Fire, Shock Hazards. Sold exclusively at: Meijer stores in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan and Ohio from September 2011 through November 2011 for about $20.

Map Pro, Propylene and MAPP Gas Cylinders Recalled by Worthington Cylinders Wisconsin Due to Fire Hazard. Sold at: Various plumbing/HVAC distributors, Home Depot, Lowes and Ace Hardware Stores nationwide and in Canada from October 2004 through January 2012 for about $7 to 13 for cylinders and $45 to 75 for the torch kits.

ECHO Recalls Gas Powered Backpack Blowers Due to Fire Hazard. Sold at: Home Depot and authorized ECHO dealers from August 2011 through January 2012 for about $270.

2GIG Technologies Recalls Modules Used In Go!Control Panels for Home Security Systems Due to Fire and Burn Hazard. Sold at: 2GIG sold the GSM radio modules to home security companies and security system equipment distributors nationwide and in Canada between December 2010 and October 2011 for use in Go!Control Panels. Home security companies installed the modules in control panels as part of home security systems that varied greatly in price.

Pro Armor Recalls Latches for Utility Vehicle Doors Due to Ejection and Laceration Hazards. Sold at: Powersports dealers and online nationwide from January 2011 through November 2011 for about $50.

American Honda Recalls two-wheel drive 2012 Honda FourTrax Rancher ATV models TRX420TE and TRX420TM due to Crash Hazard. Sold at: Honda ATV dealers nationwide from September 2011 to January 2012 for between $5,100 and $5,300.

Suntech America Recalls SolarBlend Roof Tiles Due to Fire Hazard. Sold by: Roofing retailers and installers in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Kansas and Nevada from October 2009 through March 2011. Depending on the solar energy system size, installation cost can range from $15,000 to $100,000.

The Florida Brewery, Inc. is recalling certain lots of Goya, Great Value, Hatuey, Mr. Special, Polar, Publix, Regal, and SuperMax brand non-alcoholic malta beverages packaged in 7-oz bottles because glass on the exterior of the bottles may break when the twist-off cap is removed from the bottle and can result in cuts to the mouth. The recalled malta beverages in Florida, Texas, Georgia, California and Puerto Rico during the period December 8, 2011 to February 1, 2012.

Healthy People Co. announced today that is expanding its voluntary nationwide recall of the company’s dietary supplements sold under the brand names MINCE BELLE, EVERLAX, EVER SLIM, ACAI-MAN MANGOSTEEN, PERFECT MEN. These products were distributed nationwide.

American Regent Initiates Nationwide Voluntary Recall Of Phenylephrine HCl Injection, USP, 1% 5 mL Vial, Lot# 0693 Due To Visible Particles.

Bedford Laboratories™ Issues Nationwide Voluntary Recall
of Cytarabine for Injection, USP, 1 Gram per Vial. This voluntary market recall is being conducted due to a post-release investigation of the manufacturing area which determined a potential elevated risk of a lack of sterility assurance for these specific lots.

Regeneca, Inc. (Pink Sheets:RGNA) announced today that it is conducting a voluntary nationwide recall of all lots of single capsule packet RegenErect, labeled as a dietary supplement. Regeneca, Inc. has distributed RegenErect via sales made over the internet to consumers in the United States of America and Puerto Rico, and given as samples at public events.

Glenmark Generics Inc. USA today issued a voluntary, nationwide, consumer-level recall of seven (7) lots of Norgestimate and Ethinyl Estradiol Oral Contraceptive Tablets USP, 0.18 mg/0.035 mg, 0.215 mg/0.035 mg, 0.25 mg/0.035 mg. The recall is being implemented because of a packaging error, where select blisters were rotated 180 degrees within the card.
