Better how? The both pass the same safety ratings. Neither one is "safer." The decision is what features are a must for you, and how they fit in your vehicle.

Whichever one fits your needs.
The Myride has more leg room, and a taller shell.
The Marathon has nice latch connectors that make it install really easy and installs more upright.
If you are looking at the Marathon 70 it has no re thread harness.
I personally think the Myride seems cushier/more padded.
