I always browse through the carseat aisle when I'm out shopping on the off-chance I might be able to talk to someone about carseats, even though I'm not a tech. Today, there was an older lady looking at seats and looking confused. She saw me standing there and asked me what "forward-facing only" meant. I asked her how old the child was and she told me it was for her 14-month old grandson. I told her that particular seat wouldn't be the best option and ideally he'd ride facing the rear until at least 2. I suggested the Sceneras at the end of the aisle instead. She asked me some questions about the weights and how to install it and I pointed out the two belt paths. She was surprised that the low-cost seat would be better than the higher-priced ones, but thanked me for my help and left with the Scenera!
