Does he still fit?

I got this TF in a trade on Saturday. Love the TF!

Was going to use it for DD to give her more legroom this winter with her boots. DS2 decided he wanted it.

So I installed it quickly to see if he fits and I'm not 100% sure.

What do you think??

He is 44" tall and 42-43lbs fully clothed.

Can you stick a butter knife/pencil/something (I've used a popsicle stick before...) in the harness slot and see if its above his shoulders? It looks like it is just slightly above his shoulders to me, but he sure doesn't have much room at all in it! He sure is cute!

It's awfully close. I think he needs the pencil trick - stick a pencil on top of the harness, through the "slot" and over his shoulder. If the pencil points up toward the front of the vehicle, it's outgrown. If it's level or points down, he has time.

I will do that test tonight. I promised him (after testing his fit) he could at least ride to church in it.

I was actually surprised, I figured he would be completely above the slots.

Does he still fit?
