Bugaboo Car Seat Adapter Recalled Due to Fall Hazard. Sold at: Babies "R" Us, Buy Buy Baby, Neiman Marcus, other department stores and independent juvenile stores, Bugaboo.com and other online retailers nationwide from December 2005 to July 2011 for about $45.

Bugaboo Bee Strollers Recalled by Bugaboo Americas Due to Fall Hazard. Sold by: Toys R Us, Buy Buy Baby and other baby product stores nationwide, online at Bugaboo.com and other online retailers between February 2011 and September 2011 for about $650.

Wal-Mart Stores Inc. announced it had pulled from its outlets nationwide all cans of Enfamil Newborn powdered formula that matched the size and lot number of the formula involved in the investigation of a newborn baby who died of a rare bacterial infection that could be linked to powder-based infant formula. The formula involved is Enfamil Newborn Formula in 12.5-oz. cans, with the lot number ZP1K7G. Consumers who have purchased formula with that lot number should discard the product or return it to Walmart store.

Build-A-Bear Recalls Colorful Hearts Teddy Bears Due to Choking Hazard. Sold by: Build-A-Bear Workshops nationwide and online at www.buildabear.com from April 2011 through December 2011 for about $18 in the U.S. and $23 in Canada.

Target Recalls Circo Childrens’ Travel Cases Due to Violation of Lead Paint Standard. Sold exclusively at: Target stores nationwide and Target.com from April 2011 through August 2011 for approximately $21.

Children’s Robes Recalled by Hanna Andersson Due to Violation of the Federal Flammability Standard. Sold at: Hanna Andersson retail stores, catalogs nationwide and the Hanna Andersson website from September 2011 through November 2011 for about $50.

BRP Recalls Can-Am ATVs Due to Loss of Control Hazard. Sold exclusively at: Can-Am dealerships nationwide between September 2009 and November 2011 for between $6,800 and $13,500.

Avon Heights Mushrooms, in full cooperation with the FDA is recalling certain packages of fresh packaged spinach. The brands include Krisp Pak 1 Ooz bags, Better Brand 10oz.bags, and Avon Heights 4-2.51b bags. During routine surveillance sampling, one package of Better Brand 10oz spinach tested positive for ecoli 0157h.

B&M, Inc. of Mount Vernon, Missouri is voluntarily recalling O Organics Organic Celery Seed due to potential Salmonella contamination. The product is sold at all Safeway-owned stores, including Safeway, Carrs, Dominick’s, Genuardi’s, Pak ‘N Save, Pavilions, Randalls, Tom Thumb and Vons. The product was sold at stores from May 25, 2011, through December 16, 2011.

Swanson Health Products is voluntarily recalling Swanson Organic Celery Seed (Whole) which is packaged in plastic bottles with a net weight of 1.4 oz. (40 grams) because it has the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. The product was sold by several different methods. It was either sold at the Swanson Health Products retail store, 109 Broadway N., Fargo, ND, shipped directly to on-line or mail-order consumers, or held for pick up by the consumer at Swanson Health Products headquarters. The product was sold between June 16, 2011, and December 16, 2011.

Starwest Botanicals is voluntarily recalling Starwest Organic Celery Seed (Whole) because it has potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. The product was sold by several different methods. It was either shipped directly to on-line or mail order consumers, or held for pickup by consumers at Starwest Botanicals. The product was sold between April 26, 2011 and December 14, 2011.

Tyson Fresh Meats Inc., a Dakota City, Neb. establishment, is recalling approximately 40,948 pounds of 80/20 ground beef products that may be contaminated with E. coli O157:H7. The products subject to recall have a "BEST BEFORE OR FREEZE BY" date of "11/13/11" and "EST. 245C" on the box label. The products were shipped to institutions and distributors in Alabama, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.

Green Valley Food Corp. of is recalling 650 cases of “Let’s Grow Healthy Together!” Alfalfa Sprouts 5 oz. containers, because the results showed to be contaminated with Salmonella. “Let’s Grow Healthy Together!” Alfalfa Sprouts 5 oz. containers were distributed in Texas via truck deliveries to all customers in Texas.

Cal Fresco, LLC is voluntarily working with the Food and Drug Administration and California Department of Public Health to coordinate a recall of fresh Jalapeño and Serrano chili peppers for potential contamination with Salmonella. Jalapenos were sold under the brands Cal Fresco and Grower Alliance and distributed to retail stores within California, Oregon, Washington, Texas and Canada between December 3 and December 5, 2011. Serrano peppers were delivered to retail distribution centers in Edmonton, Winnipeg and Vancouver, Canada and Southern California, Alaska, Washington and Dallas, Texas.

Eclectic Institute, Sandy, Oregon is voluntarily recalling specific lots of its freeze-dried capsules containing Gotu Kola (Centella asiatica) and Bladderwrack (Fucus vesiculosus) capsules because of potential Salmonella contamination. Eclectic Institute sold these products to retailers, individuals, and health practitioners throughout the United States. The affected lots of Gotu Kola (Centella asiatica) products were sold from September 14, 2011 to December 14, 2011. The affected lots of Bladderwrack (Fucus vesiculosus) products were sold from July 14, 2011 to December 14, 2011.

Ikaria, Inc. announced today that it has completed a remediation action for its INOMAX® DS drug-delivery systems related to a fretting corrosion. The associated health risks may include hypoxia, hypotension, bradycardia, cardiac arrest, organ damage, ARDS, and neurological deficits.

McNeil Consumer Healthcare Division of McNEIL-PPC, Inc. (McNeil) is voluntarily recalling certain lots of MOTRIN® IB 24 count COATED CAPLETS, MOTRIN® IB 24 count COATED TABLETS and MOTRIN® IB 24+6 count COATED CAPLETS from retailers. McNeil is recalling these products because testing of product samples showed that some caplets may not dissolve as quickly as intended when nearing their expiration date. The products were distributed in the United States, Puerto Rico, Bahamas, Fiji, Belize, St. Lucia and Jamaica.
