Maxi Cosi car seat fit in BJCM?

If BJ doesn't use the belly bar to hold infant seats and makes an adapter, that's the safest way to go. Belly bars aren't designed to take the weight and pressure at that angle from an infant seat. It also may not keep your infant seat at the appropriate angle, whereas the adapter will.Janina said:
