TRU in store clearance. (probably YMMV)

Went to TRU tonight and was surprised by the seats they had on sale. Usually they are not marked down much or just not good seats, but they had a $40 onside air, a $50 Maestro, a $70 flex loc. They also had a MR and an AOE that were only discounted like 5%. I assume this is seriously YMMV in regards to each stores selection, but my store almost never has any good deals, so I thought if mine did, maybe others would too.

I bought the $50 maestro...DOM was 8/25/11. I got a 10 week old seat :)

Time for all the new patterns and upgrades to come out :). Maestro surprises me, but maybe the new Evenflos they showed us on carseatblog will be coming soon?
Anyway, hmmm... maybe I should run to TRU, I could use a Maestro :D

I dont know why they had the maestro on sale either. It was a brand new seat, and from what i could tell from the display, the same freaking pattern/cover as the seats that were NOT on clearnace???? I dunno. But they no longer had an onside air display, so that was either some sort of return, or they were stopping carrying that seat. The AOE they had on clearnace was the older model that RF to 35 and FF to 50...all the display AOEs were the newer ones that RF to 40 and FF to 65.
I also got to find out that the big giant harmony secure booster that TRU has was rated as "comfy!" by dd. It's one BIG booster though, very wide.
