Question cost of replacement cover for combi shuttle 33/35

Has any one bought a replacement cover for combi shuttle 33 or new 35 model? I tried calling and got sick of being on hold.

It was $33 shipped for me.

I just got a cover and then put it on swap b/c didn't end up ordering the seat.

Second question does anyone know the cost shipped of a full CCO replacement set including infant insert?

Cover is 30, infant insert is 12 and I think harness covers are 10 plus 8 shipping I believe. Iirc.
