Does anyone know if Diono's Travel Pal can be buckled in? I know, aftermarket product, but I was hoping if it could be secured, and the stuff in it was of the variety that I would throw at my own head, it wouldn't top the list of CPS sins.
It's the sort of thing that would only come out for road trips.

Yes and no. There's a velcro flap on the back of it that you can put a seatbelt through. I'm quite certain its just so kids don't push it off the seat because there's no way it would stay on in an accident. Its the most "secure" crap holder I found though and it does hold quite a bit of stuff and two drinks on the front. There are also pod things that clamp to the side of the car seat but they will pretty much only hold a drink and a snack.
