Do you mind explaining exactly how they work? How do they not leak, and are they one size fits all? Id love it if I could get some more details.

No problem. It works well for women who leak on the non-nursing side when the milk comes down. You put it in your bra on the non-nursing side with your nipple through the hole. It catches the dripping or spraying milk, and then when you are done nursing you slide it out and pour it into whatever you save milk in.

In the pic, the big oval part standing up is the milk collector, the other part is the carrying case that also functions as a stand for the collector.

I regularly got 1-2 ounces.

Geez, and I just bought one a couple days before you posted it! I found out about them on a thread I made here asking for how I could save all my leaking milk (assuming I have a ton of leaking milk like I did with the last 2).

I'm quite excited for it. I picked up the last one on the shelf and the pharmacist said they were totally ordering more because of all the great feedback they've got. (not that you have to go to a pharmacy to get them, it just happens that the only place that sells them in my province is a pharmacy)

Wow, what'll they think of next. I totally could have used these, I remember the first time I talked to another mom who didn't leak on her non nursing boob and was shocked. I figured it happened to everyone.
