What kind of boy patterns do you want to see?

We hear all the time from people here that they want the manufacturers to make more BOY covers, particularly patterns.
What kind of patterns do you want to see?
The girly ones are usually flowers of some sort, sometimes just colorful patterns like checkered (with pinks, purples, etc).
Is there really a boy pattern that wouldn't be too babyish for older boys?
I'm thinking things like trains, cars, dinos, etc could be too babyish for an older boy, whereas flowers on a girls seat isn't really babyish at any age.

What kind of pattern would you suggest?
Camo? Something else?

(I'd love a BOY cover too, I have a little boy, but I'm at a loss as to what to suggest that he's not going to outgrow in 2-3 years)

I like solid colors, honestly (and Cowmoo:love:). I wouldn't want a trains or cars or anything on my sons' seats. Maybe more nice solids. I'd like a navy blue with lime green trim for my Radian in a plush, not mesh.

I would like just more blue and green solid tones a la Maui Blue. It seems that they either make pink, or blah tans/grays/blacks.

I want skurvy, more skurvy. Plain colors are nice too. Gabe would love a giraffe seat.

I don't think dinosaurs are babyish at all. I am really excited to see the Paul Frank Foonf because none of the Paul Frank Clek covers have been babyish. I personally would be happy with stripes with bold colors that aren't girly. I am so sick of shades of brown, gray and black for car seats.

I know this would be too limited a market, but just gotta say -- My 7yo would go nuts over a frog seat.

I agree that a lot of the boy patterns seem to be more in line with a younger age group. Maybe lightning bolts, flames, sports. It would be really cool if a car seat company could get licensing from NFL or MLB to use team logos.

Remember Britax's Barnum, Jonah, and All Star blue? LOVED those!

All those boy patterns that Graco loves to use on their boosters? Those will do.

I also am a fan of stripes and argyle. And there needs to be more blue, green, and orange seats out there.

I like the robots, frogs, turtles, giraffes, zebra print, cow, just blue/green patterns would be nice. Not so sure on the owls myself.
I do like my O EFTA, it's better than the plain black ice it came with. I am not such a huge fan of my granite Radian.

Wow, that's a difficult question.
Maybe that's why there are none, lol.

I saw super heroes and Disney Princess on backless boosters at the store the other day, which is just a really dumb idea. I bet they sold them all to 3-year-olds. (They sold out).

For a boy, maybe nice blue. Anything blue, I like. Trains, etc. would be OK for some seats. Maybe not a Frontier85 kind of thing.

But if I changed my kid's bedroom walls every time he was into something else, I'd go nuts and broke. I decorated in Thomas and NOW he likes Batman. LOL.
So I guess the carseat is best more neutral.

Girl covers are just more timeless.
What about a cover that removes? A babyish one that's super cute, and one for later that is a solid cover? It's win win. The babyish one is bound to get dirty anyhow. Changeable covers that are not $80! Now that's brilliant!

I want to know why all graco does is pooh? I am so sick of seeing winnie the pooh junk at practically every garage sale I go to. I would love to see other characters that are not so babyish on convertible seats. My two year old would be over the moon for an elmo seat and I don't think that it's too babyish for a 4yo either. Or how about Cars for a combo seat or Toy Story.

Hockey. I know there is a Canadian Turbo LBB that has the Canadian NHL teams (I wonder if they updated it with the new Winnipeg Jets?)

Tractors, trains, planes, race cars, superheros, or ninjas. Dalmation print, green or blue dots, snake skin print.

ETA: Flames and skulls
