Okay, here is a collision with a happy ending:
No One Seriously Hurt in Two-Vehicle Crash near Pastime Restaurant
June 19, 2007 12:52 PM CDT
Amazingly, no one was seriously hurt in a car crash that happened downtown near the Pastime restaurant just before 11:00am.
Police say a woman driving east on South Boulevard allegedly ran a red light, crashing her Toyota pickup into a Mercury Tracer. The truck flipped.
The amazing thing is a nine-month-old baby in the truck was strapped securely into a car seat and was not hurt.
The driver of the Mercury did injure his hand in the accident, but not seriously.
The driver of the truck was ticketed for running a red light.
