Dd is 3 years 4 months, 26#, 36 1/4 inches. I am so sick of playing musical cars! We have a one car garage and a narrow driveway. For over 3 years now we have had to play musical cars so whomever has dd has the van. This also means I have to drive to dh's work on nights I work and switch cars with him so he can have the van with the kids. It is a pita. For those who don't have siggies on, I have older kids who baby sit while I make the switch and until dh gets home from work, usually about 30 minutes after I leave.
Dh can't leave a rf seat in his car because he puts his bass in and out of the back a couple of times a week and a rf seat blocks him from doing this. I hate putting a seat that rf to 40# ff but our other seat is a True Fit and it is too wide to put in there and put a kid on either side.
Dd has not ridden ff yet and I'm a bit uneasy about it. It would be a rare ride, just around town. I'm being silly aren't I? I've put up with musical cars for this long, I could continue, but I just don't want to.
I was impressed with how easy the RNXT installed in the center of the Jetta though, I got it rock solid easily and quickly. It doesn't install so easily rf in there, if it did I'd put it in and out when needed.
