I just ordered the FPSVD in Red/Black yesterday morning, showed instock. Now I got an E-mail stating that it won't ship until 6/30 and now it says out of stock.... Is it worth my time to call and complain?

This happened to me with the $229 MA's. I called Customer Service and spoke with a supervisor and they were of no help. So I called the corporate office and spoke with the assistant to the President of the company. She spoke with the president and I was allowed to pick any other pattern at the $229 price.

I just placed my order on Wed at 2pm...they said it was out of stock but then Thursday AM got an email stating it shippied. Got it today:thumbsup:

definitely wait. Calling may not do any good, they don't seem to know really if your order is out of stock.
I just got my regent today, two days after getting an email that it would be back ordered to october.Two days after cancelling the order.
I also got my other regent the next day after an email that it was on backorder.
