In Search Of Help with buying a U.S. iTunes gift card (via email)

I need to buy a iTunes gift card for the U.S. store, but unfortunately I cannot do that through the Canadian iTunes store and my apple id can only make purchases through the Canadian store.

I would like to PayPal someone the money and have them purchase one for me and have it emailed to the recipient. So, you don't need to physically receive and mail me a card. The recipient is in the U.S. and has an iTunes U.S. account so getting it through email will work perfectly.

Can anyone help?
