Is there a time of year when a lot of seats go on sale?

We just found out we're pregnant with baby #2 (whoo hoo!) due in February and will need to get a second Coccoro. I clearly have a lot of time to look for a good deal but I don't mind snapping one up as soon as it comes around. Does there tend to be a time of year that places put car seats on sale? No place around here carries them in store, so it'll have to be an online deal.

It depends. Historically certain seats and certain stores have consistant annual sales. Since you're looking for a CCO, I'd say your best bet might be a Black Friday/Cyber Monday special coupon. Possibly some special sales around Labor day as well. I'd also keep an eye on NoBetterDeal.com and other places like CSNBaby.com's clearance section. Since another version of the CCO is scheduled to come out in the fall (though the date keeps changing) you may be able to score a good deal if the older versions go on clearance or stores run specials on the new ones.
