Why do i see it for sale on multiple sites? Will it just not ship until February then?

It was up for preorder because it was supposed to be out last February. Then the date was moved to August/September. Then it was moved to February next year. I already ordered and it was such a good deal, that I'm keeping my order. (I don't need the seat.)
