Radian XTSL $158.00 shipped

They have several seats on right now - similar to nobetterdeal.com as these are open box items. Prices shown are really low but they charge a good amount for shipping, however if you watch they have some great deals even with the stupid shipping price. I scored a $27 Maestro on Tuesday, it shipped the same day and I got it today - still in the plastic with all tags attached :thumbsup:

I just noticed that on page 5 of the baby items, they have a picture of a TF but the product description is saying that it's a RA55. I was trying to get someone on the live chat to let them know but it's not working.

Mine was shipped same day, I had a tracking number an hour after I ordered the seat...so was very pleased with that. The Maestro I got is brand new with a 3/14/11 DOM. Hoping the Radians are just as good.

I was thinking of getting an xtsl and that deal was too good! I'll be interested to hear how it turns out with DOM and all.

Me too. I actually had one in my cart last night, and DH said I should buy it, but I didn't. I am so stressed out about all this CA crap but I don't really want to buy yet another car seat unless I can sell my CA. Good deal or not, it's still $158 that I hadn't planned to spend on a car seat. And I was nervous about their open box description of "minimal signs of use." Now of course I'm kicking myself for not getting it while I could, but if I'd bought it and it was a used car seat (with unknown history!) I would have kicked myself more.

I felt the same but went ahead and got the Maestro. They do have a 30 day money back guarantee so that helped me feel better about it being an "open box" item.

Okay ladies, here's the scoop on my transaction:

I bought the two Radian XTSL car seats that were listed for $158.00 each as open box items. Total came to $307.00 shipped. I completed the transaction on a Saturday morning, received a shipping confirmation and tracking number on Monday afternoon. The car seats arrived today, Wednesday, from Maryland.

Upon arrival, the boxes were a little beat up, but no more beat up than the GN boxes I received from Diapers.com last year. The DOM is 1/2011. I found everything to be packaged as new, all tags, manuals etc...attached as new. I am personally pleased with the transaction. If you have any other questions, I will try to answer them.
