red and black fpsv from Albee to replace my toddler's triumph. Now, please reassure me that I will be VERY happy with this seat. lol I am so afraid that I will get it and not like it.
I debated for a long time on whether to buy the uptown, the fp seat, or another radian for him. I finally settled on the fpsv after seeing some pictures here of kids in that seat. They look so comfy in it. I love that I can keep ds rearfacing for a long time and harness him to 55lbs too. The biggest reason I decided against the radian is because I want a seat that will install easily in most vehicles. Budget was also a factor with this purchase.
So, as soon as I get the new seat - DS will be rearfacing in the fpsv in our 04 odyssey. He is rear facing in the regal ride in our corolla - but when my 5 year old outgrows the radian it will also become the toddlers seat. (probably in a year) I am so happy that my youngest will be harnessed in these seats until he is 6 or so - probably until 7 in the radian. He'll probably use that seat until it expires.
I have to figure out if I want to keep the triumph as a spare or not... I don't really need the seat now.
