Dream on Me Recalls Full-Size and Portable Drop-Side Cribs Due to Entrapment, Suffocation, Laceration, and Fall Hazards. Sold at: Toys R Us, Walmart and Target stores nationwide and online at Amazon.com. The full-size cribs were sold from January 2006 to December 2009 for about $200. The portable cribs were sold from September 2007 to December 2009 for about $150.

Lan Enterprises Recalls Zooper Strollers Due to Strangulation Hazard. Sold at: Juvenile product and mass merchandise stores nationwide and online retailers, including at Amazon.com, Costco.com and Dmartstores.com from May 2009 to May 2011 for between $200 and $800.

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is urging consumers in the Atlanta area to check their homes for counterfeit smoke alarms. About 18,500 counterfeit photoelectric smoke alarms were distributed for free in the Atlanta area between 2006 through May 2011 as part of the Atlanta Smoke Alarm Program.

The battery packs were also sold separately for between $100 and $160.

Food Depot #24, a McDonough, Ga., retailer is recalling approximately 500 pounds of ground beef products that may be contaminated with E. coli O157:H7. These products were produced on May 19, 2011, and were sold to customers of the Food Depot #24 store located at 560 Macon St., McDonough, GA 30253.

Philips recently recalled specific lots of infant and neonatal-sized Philips FilterLine H Set and VitaLine H Set Microstream carbon dioxide (CO2) sampling lines shipped from November 2010 through March 2011.

The products listed above were sold and distributed nationwide via the internet and at the company’s headquarters in Hollywood, Florida.
