I am so happy! There was someone on my local Buy Sell and Trade facebook page that was looking for a forward facing seat for their 20lb child to move into when when they were out of their infant seat, so I posted the video about the dynamics of a rf/ff crash.

I have to say, we have had a very great discussion. Nothing snarky and have found others that have rf'ed longer than the 1yr...

So, a few people now know that there are other options and recommendations out there.

Hooray! I had the same experience on facebook with a friend who I see weekly (and who ignored me on RF before the AAP changed their RF wording): I posted a link to the blog post about the tethers on FF seats and she didn't even know there was a tether! It was a good reminder for me: well-meaning people just don't know, and it's worth it to put the info out there.
