Pocket accessory for Radian in minivan?

We just got an '08 Sienna and DS can't reach his books, toys, etc when he's in the bucket seat. Any recommendations for what I can get to attach to the seat or the armrest of the captain's chair so he can reach things? I saw [ame="http://www.amazon.com/Kiddie-Kangaroo-Protector-Adjustable-Pockets/dp/B001SN85P0/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&s=baby-products&qid=1301758550&sr=8-4"]this[/ame] which seemed like a good idea, but I don't like having anything between him and the seat.

Your instincts are right. You should never put anything between your child and the seat. SKJP makes a Side Rider pocket to attach to the Radian. I haven't used one, personally, but it is approved for use with that seat. Just keep in mind that everything is a potential projectile.

Great. I'll look for that. I thought the same about projectiles but the distraction from him screaming when he can't get to his stuff is a danger too!
