We all love the easy and free returns of Diapers.com--that's why alot of us buy from them. I returned something I had opened .. but not used and I repackaged it carefully.

I asked this very same question and the lady told me that amazon WILL take it back before 30 days even if it's opened. They won't charge shipping either. The first lady I talked to sent an e-mail confirmation telling me the same stuff that was written on the site (new and unopened condition) the second lady told me that because it would be considered amazon's fault for not fitting (meaning, on the website it doesn't tell me it won't fit in a Mazda 3 2005 sedan) they would take it back. I even got this info written back to me in an e-mail.

They are very helpful!

Yep, I had to return an alarm clock that wouldn't turn on recently; of course no way to know that it wouldn't turn on before I opened it. So it was opened, had all the original packaging, but I had torn the top of the box. They took it back, no problems. And the best part is that they sent UPS back here w/ a return label to pick it up, so I didn't even have to drive anywhere to return it. They also shipped the replacement immediately even though they didn't pick up the old one until the next day, so I had it just a couple days later.
