Question 03 Town&Country middle shoulder belt

Anybody know if a 2003 Chrysler Town&Country van can be retrofitted with shoulder/lap belt in the center back 50/50 bench seat? Right now it only has lap belt which I'm not comfortable using for anything but carseat installs, but the 50/50 seat causes probs with most RF installs and the tether anchor is only on the passenger outboard position.
If it is possible, any ideas how/where and cost?
