Question Inexpensive seat

Is the cosco scenera the least expensive convertible? I am a home child care provider and my 2 Evenflo triumphs expire next month. I have a FF eddie Bauer seat that expires in Dec 2013! I don't want the 2 year old in a FF seat in MY car when I drive her. I am willing to buy a seat, but I don't want to spend a whole lot because we won't be using it a lot, but when I need it, I want her RF.

Yes the Scenera is the cheapest convertible. Depending on her weight you might want to get the 40 pound RF version.
