Serves me right.... and a maestro question

I was planning on booster training DD after she turned 4 (she is 4 now and 40lbs). Very occasionally. Very safe trips. I was very comfortable with that decision. However..... The booster I got doesn't fit where I need it to fit. So that plan failed. LOL I don't think they get any narrower than the TB, right? Oh well. I'm not all that torn up about it.

Also. I love love love the maestro. But I HATE it's chest clip. Is it safe to use a different chest clip on the maestro? If so, where do I get one?

If it's the new style (single push button in middle on one side) BRU sells the old style with the clip that you have to push on the top and bottom to release. Evenflo said it was okay to swap those out but only with the old style Evenflo clip. I received a replacement EFTA from Evenflo and it had the new clip. I hated it and could not release it and called them about it. While I can't swap them on the EFTA because of the nonremovable harness 2 different reps said I could swap them on the Maestro's I am buying next month. I would buy the clip now because they will probably only have the new style soon.

Any idea where I could buy the old style clip online? I tried TRU today and they don't have it. Don't really wanna drive alllllll the way to BRU and have them not have it either. Plus it'll cost me like $15 in gas just to get there and back... I'd rather pay for shipping and not have to go out in the snow LOL
